Observation

It was observed that one staff person, McKenzie Ingersoll, had not submitted a background check but was onsite working with children. Two other staff persons, Marianela Perez and Catalina Pollock, have been employed for over 1 month but has not submitted a background check. These two staff were not onsite during the inspection and were reported to be on leave.
